1.
Absence
of male child in the family—These could result to divorce, in the sense that their
might be much pressure and frustration, from the husband/wife or either one of the couple's parent (99% from the
husband side).
2. Drunkenness-
This is a situation whereby the wife/husband
is found in the habit of drinking of alcoholic drinks to stupor hereby causing unnecessary embarrassment to the wife/husband .

Unable to satisfy either of the party sexually

Barrenness- This could be as a result of the husband
sterility, or also the wife being unable to give birth due to some medical
reasons.
5.
Fetishism
– These usually occurs in an instance whereby either the husband or wife (mostly common to
women) is diabolical i.e by using charm to get him/her into a relationship with his/her
partner { note that power gotten through fetish mean does not last longer}.
More so if either of the partner get to know or comes back to his/her real
senses, he/she would no longer want to continue in a such a relationship.
6.
Family
Interference- This is a situation whereby either one of the parent or both
parent do not support the marriage union between the couples due to some reasons. (whatever could be the reason ,they have no cogent point because “whatever the lord has joined together let no man put asunder”)
7.
Lack of
pride- This comes as a result of
disparity between the couple, maybe either of the couple(i.e wife or Husband is
from a wealthy background), or either the wife earns more income than the husband, or maybe one of the partner is
more educated than the other or the wife is beautiful while the husband is not
handsome ( vice versa) e.t.c
8.
Commitment
To Spouse Demand – This happens when the spouse, most especially the husband;
is unable to meet the need of his family due to stinginess.
9.
Financial
Crisis- Today this occurs mostly among ladies, who marries to a man, because of the man’s good
job commands a huge income. As soon as such the family which has been living in
affluent encounters a financial down turn, crises begins in the family thereby
the lady might not be able to accommodate the financial situation of the family.

Biological/Medical
factor –These aspect deals with the genotype factor, blood group. For
instance, if a couple { SS –AS, AS—AS, SS—SS }; did not engage in blood test before their marriage as a result
of ignorance on their part; but later did the test after facing challenges of child death or sickness; the
couple may be left with no other choice, other than to file for a divorce.
11.
Lack of trust—Maybe either of the partner
thinks one is cheating on the other, by having an extra marital affair
with another man/woman.
12.
Poor
Communication/Distance—This is common to couples who do not stay together i.e they do not live in the-same place due to their job. A situation whereby the
husband/wife lives in other town/state/country. Poor communication also occurs
in a family whereby the husband/wife spend less or no time for his family
because of one excuse or the other.
CONCLUSION/REMEDY
For couples whose home are already apart or at the verge of getting apart ,
both of you needs to check yourself and you need to realize the fact that you need
to go back to the lord in prayer; for him to restore back your home.
No man except God alone can restore a broken home.
