Desmond Elliot wrote on his instagram page saying he is ''still on da mata''. i think the message he his trying to pass across is for the good people of Surulere to assist him by giving him their vote and support for him to be their representative ,since we it's already known that he is running under the platform of APC for the post of honorable in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
